Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours upon receipt of funds.

Please note that UK payments may take up to 2 hours to process and appear in our account, while international payments may require 2-3 business days. We kindly ask you to keep these processing times in mind before contacting us regarding your payment.

We do not provide payment confirmation notifications; however, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking details.

  • Seal tightly: Always close bags, jars, and tubs after use to maintain flavor and potency.

  • Refrigerate when needed: Wellness shots and brewed or cold teas should be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within 24–48 hours.

  • Use clean utensils: Prevent contamination by using dry, clean spoons for powders and scoops.

  • Enjoy at peak: Follow brewing instructions and best-by dates for maximum benefits.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.

Shipping

After you place your order with Nutranest, we’ll email you the payment options and instructions. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll ship your order.

We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a tracking number and a link to check the status of your order.

Once your package is on its way, you can track it through our courier partners like DHL, FedEx, the Post Office, and ParcelForce.

Sometimes international mail delays can impact your order. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over foreign courier services or customs. If your item doesn’t arrive, we’ll send a replacement. Please make sure you select our Shipping Protection service.
